At Airlite Dental, every team member helps create a welcoming, supportive place for patients, and one of the most familiar faces you’ll meet is Nora R. For Nora, dentistry has never been “just a job.” It is a career built on relationships, trust and compassion. She loves helping patients feel comfortable, guiding them through the details of their care and celebrating the smiles they achieve.
A Career Built on Dedication
Nora began her career in dentistry almost 20 years ago as a dental assistant. Those years gave her hands-on experience in patient care and chairside assisting, and a reputation for being attentive, dependable and willing to go above and beyond. Her work ethic and natural leadership led her into team leadership roles, guiding fellow staff as well as caring for patients. Today she serves as Patient Care & Insurance Coordinator, helping patients navigate insurance benefits and treatment planning.
Helping Patients Beyond the Chair
Dental care doesn’t end in the chair. It includes understanding treatment options, insurance coverage and costs. Insurance can feel overwhelming, and Nora is passionate about simplifying it. Nora shares the mission of Dr. Charles D. Martinez and the whole team: helping patients achieve and keep healthy, confident smiles. At Airlite Dental, patients are treated like family, a value that matters deeply to Nora.
Life Outside the Office
When she isn’t working or spending time with her family, Nora loves going to comedy shows and hanging out with friends. One of her favorite adventures is a motorcycle ride with her husband, a mix of freedom, excitement and shared experience that keeps her balanced and ready to give her best to patients and her team.
